Experience Flow
We’ll meet you at the designated meeting point in front of Kita-Senju Station. From there, our friendly staff will escort you to the sushi-making venue.

After arriving at the venue, you’ll change into an apron and get into the mood—now you’re ready to step into the shoes of a professional sushi chef!

Sushi starts with perfectly seasoned rice. You’ll experience making authentic sushi rice while learning the secrets of balance and flavor.

It’s time to start making your own sushi! Our English-speaking instructors will guide you step by step as you create four different types of sushi.

A. Yes! We are a sushi-making class in Tokyo specializing in inbound travelers and work with many travel agencies. Please send a booking request form and provide your customer’s details.
Please note that we do not offer commission payments to agencies.
Q. Can children participate in the class?
A. Yes! The minimum age is 8 years old.
Many families with children join our class, and we’ve designed the program so that kids can enjoy making sushi too. However, groups with children under 8 years old cannot participate.
Q. Do I need to bring anything?
A. No special items are required. We provide all necessary tools and materials.
Q. Can I book a private sushi-making class?
A. Absolutely! While we believe that meeting other travelers is part of the fun, we also offer private classes upon request. Please contact us, and we’ll send you pricing and availability details.
Q. Can I join if I don’t speak English?
A. A basic understanding of English is required for safety and smooth instruction. You’re welcome to bring an interpreter, but guests must still be able to follow basic English instructions.
For guests who don’t understand any English, we kindly ask to refrain from joining.
Q. Our group has a tour guide. Do they need to stay during the class?
A. No, it’s not necessary. Since the class is conducted entirely in English, guides usually rejoin their groups after the session.
Q. I’m a beginner at cooking. Can I still make sushi?
A. Absolutely! Our program is designed so that beginners and children can successfully make delicious sushi with ease.
Q. Do we learn how to cut and prepare fish?
A. No, our class does not include filleting or preparing fish.
Q. Does the class include a market tour?
A. No, our experience focuses entirely on hands-on sushi-making and does not include a fish market tour.
Q. Do you offer hotel pickup or drop-off?
A. No, we do not provide hotel pickup or drop-off. However, we send clear access instructions after booking, so even guests unfamiliar with Tokyo’s public transportation can arrive with ease.
Q. Can I come by taxi or car?
A. We highly recommend using public transportation to avoid delays, as classes start on time and we cannot keep other guests waiting. If driving is necessary, please contact us in advance.

Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your advance payment via credit card. After payment, we will send you the exact meeting point details for your class.
Important Booking Information
- Weekdays Only: Classes are held on weekdays from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. No classes on weekends or on public holidays.
- Age Requirement: Groups with children under 8 years old cannot join the class.
- Email Notifications: Our emails may occasionally end up in your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive a reply, please check your spam folder.
- Winter Holiday Closure: Please note that classes will not be held from December 22, 2025 to January 7, 2026.
